Introduction

The resources collected tend to provide the information and knowledge in two categories: About the OER itself and the Related OER Sites. The latter tries to provide the OER sites
for foreign language education, the recent and innovative approach to use in the development of foreign language education like active learning.

SPARC - This website give the information about OER; What is it? Why must be OER? How it works? And 5Rs Framworks that explain what we can do about OER: retain, reuse, revise, remix and redistribute.

This website provides the lists of OER by divided to several topics, such as, digital libraries, research and innovation, so it’s so easy to find what we want.

MIT OpenCourseWare 
In 2002, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology founded MIT OpenCourseWare, also known as OCW. This project is a web-based publication of all MIT course materials. OCW provides the educational materials, such as, undergraduate-level and graduate- level courses online. OCW is open and available to everyone and everywhere.

The University of Oxford on iTune U 
In 2008, the University of Oxford launched the free site on iTunes U. This site furnishes podcast, teaching material, interview with leading academics, educational audio and video files, etc. This podcast if free for download to PCs and mobile devices. iTunes U allows everyone to search, download and play educational content in the same way that they can do with songs, movies and other medias. Participating institutions include Stanford, UC Berkeley, University of Melbourne, Texas A&M, MIT, Yale, Trinity College Dublin, etc.
